Perfect day..not too hot yet not cold

Today seems to be a perfect day to work and write blogs...haha this is the 3rd blog today that I've uploaded... not on the same site la... added a short and simple review on Batman begins at my site so go see it if u like.

There are some work today but then also some time to rest abt..heheee...making use of the resting time to write. So Yvon, wanna come out on 23rd wkend? Zack, can u make it on that wkend? Or shall we postpone it to after Yvon's Birthday on the 30th wkend? Yvon, anything in particular that you would like to get that we can buy you for your Birthday?

Batman and Sick Cat...

I'm the sick cat... hehe...gonna watch Batman begans tonight with one of my friend. Still sicky....but then I've promised my friend to watch with her...actually I'm the one pestering her to watch with me...so since she had already make time and book tickets...I cannot fly her kite...or plane...or pigeon. :P

Hopefully will not fall asleep in the show and make it back home. :P

Yvon: Congraduation for getting the leave..hehee...enjoy ur trip. So he is hiring someone else to replace the one leaving?

Sicky Slacker...

Sick and slacking at home now...sigh... the usual headache... plus running nose and diarrheoa... sigh...

How I survive in Auz... I take care of myself more when I'm overseas...slept alot when feeling sick and drink alot of water and tea...:P U feeling better? Zack, I think you got Sunstroke... usually it is with headache and vomiting...remember to drink plenti of water k, and get out of the sun whenever u can.

Yapz, I've offically quited the Zoo's job. :P So pretty free during the weekends now.

I've brought another Halter neck this weekend, :P sis told me I look nice in it wat. :P Time to change my image isn't it? Next up is the wonder of makeup...haha... but then it does meant that I'm spending alot of money. As wat my sis says...to be beautiful...one needs to spend alot... sigh...

Oh ya, not to mention that with the advice of my sister (again) I'm starting to wear contact lens again. :P Huge image change isn't it. :P

So Zack, u've decide to stay for free at the village...haha by the sound of that...hope that they don't mail to sg ur extra charges...hahaha...

Yvon, wat would you like for your Birthday? And when can you come out to celebrate? Zack, can you join? You coming back on the 22nd rite.

Sorry for not blogging for so long...:P been lazy....haha...and I have my own blog site to maintain too. haha...stupid reason, forgive me.

Zack: Glad u enjoy the trip...hehee looking forward for u to come back and we hang out together again. :P so u can make it to Yvon Birthday celebration then, any idea what to buy for her?? what have you learnt so far from living there in US? What had you really enjoy over there and might miss when you come back? I missed alot of stuffs in Auz...

I misses walking at Southbank during weekends, I misses Cafe Royale and their Mocca, I misses Hawken Drive's shops...especially Coles. I misses the CityCats (Boat transport up and down Brisbane River), I also misses the Uni grounds... the sand stone's Great court. I miss alot of things there....now I keep thinking of it.... Sigh... I wish to go back... Sigh... should stop the re-collections now...

Oh ya, thanks the both of you the presents! Hehee...the dinner treat at a great Jap/Western Resturant and the CD+VCD of MayDay's Concert in Taiwan.

Yvon: Really, if ur boss is not hiring anyone to help you with your job talk to him. If he insisting that he is not hiring anyone or you found that he say he is trying to but he isn't then don't suffer him or the company.

I'm quiting the Volunteering work at the Zoo... don't like the attitude of the Station Master, he just thinks that we have nothing to do on weekday and expect us to memorise everything by heart and do a very gd presentation of less than 3 mins including all key informations of the reptile that we are introducing and also include conservation notes to the people. sigh.... I don't wanna do that...stressing myself on Sunday...i'm starting to feel the draging of my feet whenever I need to go for the Zoo's training. Dreading that the guy will pick on my words again..saying that...'no u shouldn't say snakes are...u should say in general snakes are' and 'hey, u didn't pass on conservations informations' or 'hey, you shouldn't say it like that...it will probably increase the fear of the people of the reptile...you should say they are harmless and as long as humans don't provoke them.' K, I'm quiting...and will email them later.

Another Weekend and I've finally turned 25

Hey got a confession to make to Zack. Forgive me, haha I still haven call ur Mom. Keep having ur voice playing in my head to call ur Mom and wanted to do it but haven done tat. :P Will call her later to bah bah bah abt the stuffs u written here....haha of course onli the stuffs that can tell her la.

Hows is the trip Zack? Should be very enjoyable right....sigh... still a couple of mths before my next trip in planning to chiang mai. :P

Companies' management always do things their way so that they will not spent too much money or have too little man power...their interests are mush more impt than that of the workers wat....so...

Yvon:Passed but not with flying colors... didn't prepare myself alot thus when there is impromtu presentation of one specimen of choice I almost freak out. Sigh... have alot of problem delivering my speech...I can talk to a couple of person at a time but not a group of people staring at me. :P Have to work on it....been warned. Sigh... Oh ya, how is ur first exam? This sat is the 2nd?

Wkend is here again..

This wkend will be busy, busy and busy... Sat morning at 9am have to go to the Zoo to have morning training until 1pm...since I wouldn't wanna miss my Sun afternoon training at 12.45pm or go hungry because I have to rush ard. Then there is an outing with my friends on Sat afternoon or evening... (not sure of the time yet)

Not only I'm busy goin somewhere and attending something but also study....ya study...thought I'll never need to use that word again...sigh... apparently not. I still haven really been hardworking in reading up all to be needed to understand for the coming Sunday's station attachment and the eventual quiz that day...:P Not a very gd docent isn't it. To tell you the truth, the need to take exams, tests and do projects part puts me off of becoming a Docent.... haha...I'm just plain lazy isn't it....haiz....Zack! Lent me ur learning power! ...sigh...

Oh...sigh..haven really start studying yet...sigh... hope I can get most of them down and digested by Sat...sigh... I thought I'll never get to write another Quiz or exam... guess not then. (T_T) Non of the reptiles I know are slimy la..thou they do look slimy..their skin are just really reflective... will have to handle them soon....hopefully! I wanna handle them!

Abt my present... anything will be fine la...just not something that will sit inside my drawer forever... :P

Another fresh Monday

Zack: Seems u are faring very well over there. Ride Operator, u meant the roller coster ones? If u r talking abt rabbits...they are too afraid of us to attack...but they will try to flee. If u r talking abt snakes and other reptiles...as long as we don't provoke them and stick to protocol then they will be fine.

Yvon: Gd luck for ur test, soon isn't it? One before my birthday and another after it.

I got my first birthday present on Fri! Yaya!! hehee...guess wat..it is 'Band of Brothers' DVD! If u don't know the series, click the link below...hehee...I love the series..watched it 2 times or more already. Not onli that, I have the book too. :P Also read my past posting on my blog known as "Courage"



I've started my station attachment on Sun, just a walk ard the reptile area learning more abt them and seeing how the old docents manage the station and perform the King Cobra commentary. Tough I say, sigh...they really want us to know everything abt the reptiles.... think it is unavoidable to read the stack of notes that they handed us...next wk quiz time..not onli that we have to manage the station ourselves and bring people to walk ard the reptile place...sigh...hope I don't get too many butterflies in me.

Sigh....one of the senior there is really strict... in terms of not onli the correctness of the informations u have but also the way to convey it to the public...basically to pass on the information in a gentle, right and non-offensive way....wa liao...

Enough of Zoo...I have my internet back at home! Ya!! Cable from MaxOnline. Faster than the old one but not very noticable when on sites that limits the bandwidth of everyone. Torrent is not working well...not sure if it is the program, the sites or the internet problem..sis told me the program is not gd so probably I'll download another program to see if it is better. :P

Not sure wat should I do in the lab today... did not come yesterday to set the fishes so cannot do injections until tml... in-situ also can onli start tonight. sigh... don't have enough plasmid to make probe also have to wait till tml.... then my supervisor coming back on Thurs...seems like did not do anything much on Her 2 wks absence....should I blame the Firedrill... (T-T)

Tired Thurs afternoon...

Now I can say by experience that "eat snake" or lazin ard take alot of energy... or else how come I can feel so tired and sleepy that I tears...and get hungry easily even when I spent most of my afternoon on the chair infront of the com?? hmz....

Anyway, am now drinking coffee in hopes to keep myself awake and alert...

My home com is offically disconnected from the virtual world till Sat Morning when my Cable boardband is installed. The stupid Pacific Net people disconnected me on 31th May! Without any notice in advance!!! When my contract suppose to end at 14th Aug!! Just because I went to apply for termination on 14th Aug when the contract expires!!! And I suppose to still pay until 14th Aug since I've signed a contract!!! Humph....k...calming down.....

My Younger sister called them abt the disconnection and refer the manager to me...she say she can reactivate the account but I refuses her to do so...since my Cable is installing on Sat... don't want her to charge me reactivating or any other service charge...made a fuss abt the unannounced termination and she promised to adsorb the charge for now till 14th Aug...(as my contact suppose to onli ends on that date and I suppose to pay till tat date). So me and my sis cannot get online at home now till sat...sigh.... not much a problem for me since I have internet service in my office but my sister is suffering from Internet withdrawal syndrome now...haha

Come to think abt it...it seems to be a blessing in disguise... Now I save the money to pay 2 internet service..haha.... or else I have to pay another 100+ to maintain the Pacific Net until the contract ends....haha.... since they have made a mistake in cutting me off the net early, they will have to adsorb the charge...hahaha...

hmz...am I bad...hahaha...

Yvon: It is the 2nd rabbit that die...both doesn't have a name onli experiment's codes. One is known as 1473 another is 1474. We bleed and terminate 1473 before we proceed to 1474. 1474 have a history of collapsing right after the anesthesia, we thought it is just that he is afraid of needles or something like that...but apparently not...it might be something like a heart attack... should count us lucky that it didn't die very early or in the middle of the experiment period of 6 mths. Extra anesthesia was given before the "blue needle" (poison chemical) was injected into their veins to ensure that they don't suffer too much and they are definitely dead before we dispose them. It is a pity that 1474 die in the middle of anesthesia...I felt that the heart beat got weird but I thought he just passed out like he always did in the past but when I stop injecting anesthesia and release my hold of him to check on him...he had already stop breathing... Non of us know how to do CPR on him so we can't do anything abt it...sigh... We should have enough blood now la...got 120ml from him thru the 6 mths period already...which will yield 60ml of serum with antibodies. Should last us for a very long time....

Zack probably very busy la...from his last post he seems to determined to work more to earn money for travelling....sigh...don't think anyone can talk him out of doing that. We see if he'll post tonight lor...(meaning morning his side)

Still feeling lazy...sigh...thou I did really do some work and didn't stick to the com like I want. :P Talking abt com, my pac net have alot of connection problems these few days...don't know if filing a termination to terminate it after the contact which is in Aug have something to do with that. Sigh... lucky my MaxOnline will be installing this Sat...

Yesterday is really busy....went to NUS to bleed and terminate 2 of the rabbits we have. One of them die suddenly after the administration of anesthesia, sigh....didn't manage to bleed it since it die....sigh...maybe lucky for him.

Today shouldn't be that busy if I choose not to...:P one reason I give myself is that I can't start my cloning of DNA because my supervisor forgot to give me the primers that she kept. :P Thus very free....:P Not very gd rite...but then I'm getting tired of the job...thou I have no intentions to change now. Will have to buck up abit...but really don't know wat she want me to do without the things that is needed for the experiments. Sigh...and she leave really vague instructions.

Will go thru the instructions later today again to make sure that I am doing wat I'm suppose to do....

K, gotta go to fix my fish embryos now...am waiting for them to grow to the right stage...hehee...they should be at the right stage now...have to go and check on them. Tok to u guys more at later time k.
